Bring your whole self.

Get the most out of TEDMEDLive by clearing your schedule and making yourself open to forging new connections. We encourage you to keep your cell phone in your pocket and invite you – and those sitting around you — to be fully present and tuned in. We understand there are times when you need to be connected outside of TEDMEDLive. We ask that if you’re checking messages to do so between speakers.

Our audience will be full of passionate innovators with big ideas. Be sure to make yourself available to listen, share, learn, and be engaged – the person next to you could change your life. It happens all the time at TED events! So reach out to find a new friend and big-think-buddy and your experience will step up to the next level. Seth Godin’s TED Imperatives are great reminders.

A couple prompts to get you started:
“New phrase I’ll be adopting from TEDMED…”
“If I could persuade every (legislator, insurance company, strategic planning team, zoning commission, school principal, colleague, etc) to watch just one TEDMED talk, it would be ________, because ______.”

Enthusiastically,
